R&D

MESI carries out a number of applied research and projects for and/or at the request of corporations, banks and governing bodies, including the Russian Parliament, Ministry of Education and Science of Russia, Federal State Statistics Service as well as Russian regional governments.

There are a number of foreign companies among the research partners of MESI such as SAP, Microsoft, IBM, Cisco, Software AG, KERIS, Sybase, PM Soft, IDS Scheer AG and others.

MESI has a solid basis for R&D, centered at its creative scientific schools, covering the following fields:

statistics and econometrics;
application of mathematic methods, information and communication technologies in economic research, management and education;
finance, credit and currency;
economics;
knowledge and intellectual capital management;
e-learning.

MESI calls for joint R&D and projects in the following areas:

statistics;
economics and Management;
information and Communication Technologies;
law;
e-Learning Resources Development.

We invite international partners to work together in the development of e-learning resources, e.g.:

translate e-courses produced by foreign universities into Russian and submit them to the Russian-speaking educational market;
translate MESI e-courses into a foreign language and submit them to the educational market for those with other languages;
developing e-courses jointly with foreign universities and introducing the product internationally.
